Below is an actual Explanation of Benefits (EOB) for 1 physical therapy evaluation and 4 treatment sessions for a person who used their insurance to cover their physical therapy treatment. She had not met her $5000 deductible so she was responsible for the entire $1527.19! At TrinityOne PT this same treatment would have cost a total of $420.00. That is $1100 that could have been used for life’s other necessities.

If you have commercial insurance and have not met your deductible you are responsible for all your medical bills until you meet it.
